This Privacy Policy describes how Timey Wimey Solutions LLC ("TWS," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with buyboozenow.com (the "Platform"). This Platform is a B2B service. We do not collect personal information from consumers. All data collected is in the context of business-to-business interactions.

From Brands:

  • Business contact information (name, email, phone, company name)
  • TTB permit number(s)
  • Product information (category, name, pricing, case configuration, available markets)
  • Brand assets (label images, sell sheets, logos)
  • Billing information (processed by Stripe — TWS does not store payment card data)
  • Website URL and social media handle(s) (optional)
  • Team member invitation emails (collected when a Brand owner invites additional users)

From Buyers:

  • Business contact information (name, email, business name)
  • Buyer type (bar, restaurant, retail store, distributor)
  • Operating state(s)

Automatically Collected:

  • IP address, browser type, device information
  • Pages visited, time on site, referral source
  • Cookie data (see Section 7)
  • API access logs (method, path, status code, IP address, user agent) when using the API

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To review and approve Brand listings
  • To match Brands with Buyers in relevant markets
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe
  • To communicate about your account, listings, and placements
  • To improve Platform functionality and user experience
  • To comply with applicable law

4. Information Sharing

We share information only as follows:

  • Brand-to-Buyer matching: Brand product information, pricing, and available markets are visible to Buyers on the Platform
  • Service providers: Stripe (payment processing), Mailgun (transactional email), hosting infrastructure
  • Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deactivation, we retain data for up to 3 years for legal compliance purposes, then delete it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request a portable copy of your data
